Mahi- Mahi are known for their vibrant colors—golden on the sides, bright blues and greens on the back, and iridescent hues that seem to glow underwater. Their colors fade quickly after being caught. Mahi-mahi grow rapidly and have a short lifespan, living only about 4–5 years. This short life cycle allows them to reproduce quickly, making them a sustainable fishing option when managed properly.
